THE INWARD WITNESS

 Frequency (2)

The inward witness by Dr Karis

Hello, and how are you doing? How was church today? I believe you had a great time, just like me.

At Gloryzone Church, it was a powerful Sunday, with two amazing services with Dr Karis. Last week, we started our on the series for the month, tagged Frequency - Discerning God's Voice and Leading, and if you missed the first teaching, go read it and pick valuable revelations from it.

Having covered the Fundamentals of Divine Leadership last week, Dr Karis taught on The Inward Witness this time, and this definitely was a blessing to everyone who was present in church.

As usual though, before we go into the bits from the message, let's drop a few things you should remember:

The biggest news is that The Outpouring Camp 2022 is here!

The Outpouring Camp 2022

You can't afford to miss out on what God has in store for you next month at this awesome program. It's a one size fits all encounter meeting, where the Father is set to do amazing things in the lives of His children, and if you're one of them, then you're a part of His plans.

So, start getting set already; REVIVAL is here!

Well now, let's get to the teaching for the day already:

Dr Karis on Frequency

God prefers to use what you have to give you what you want. The primary way God leads his children in the New Testament is through the inward witness (Job 33:14)

In the case of Moses, he had to use his rod; for the prophets widow, he used her little oil. It is his preferred system to empower you with what you can do, or what you have, and that's why it's no coincidence that the most learned people in the Old Testament and New Testament are the ones who wrote the most books, Moses and Paul respectively.

Contrary to popular thought, dramatic guidance doesn't mean you're more spiritual. God doesn't have to go the extra mile to lead you, He's living in you.

What is the inward witness? (Romans 8:16)

As already said, it is God's preferred way on leading believers, and it comes through perceptions, impressions, and knowings.

Those who are most prone to deception are those who are loners in ministry

Never trade the leading of the Spirit for sentiments.

The inward witness works like a traffic light and your spirit can pick the different colours per time. When God wants you to go ahead, you get a green light. If He wants you to be careful, you get a yellow light, but if you get a red light, don't move.

This is a sensitive matter, and it can be the difference between life and death. Even when you think you have scriptures to back you up, obey the leading of your inward witness.

Dr Karis

You don't use outward activities to judge inward witness.

Sometimes, it works as an impression on your inner man (Acts 18). It just comes and you know you didn't think it up, but it's there. One way to confirm it is through prayer, the more you pray, the stronger it gets on your inside.

The inward witness is a nudge from within, a gut feeling. God's guidance primarily comes through the inner man. It makes sense because your spirit is in communion with the Holy Spirit. (Proverbs 20:27)

The inward witness is different from your thoughts, they have the same platform but different sources and portals.

Here's our stop for today, I'm sure you've received powerful revelations from this post. Catch the rest of it on the social media platforms of Gloryzone Church.

See you another time, and don't forget, The Outpouring Camp is here!
