Meet The Team

Willy

If there's two things Willy has loved since childhood, it's communicating with people, and computers. The emergence of the internet and social media has given me a platform to love both of them and show it here. I'm a writer, a thinker, an earth scientist, a wonderful chat buddy, and your unusual kind of fun guy. I do a lot, but right now, I'm focused on giving a voice (and direction where necessary) to the youths, cos we're the present and the future. I lead the Talk with Willy team, and we do our best to bring the right stuff your way. 

I'm big on God, family, and love. I live in Jos, stay indoors, and spend a lot of time, 8 to 10 hours daily in front of any screen. 

My next immediate goal is to do my Master's degree in Tropical Hydrogeology and Environmental Engineering at TU, Darmstadt, Germany.

Lillie 

Hi, my name is Lilian. I help brands reach their marketing goals using online platforms especially social media. 

This gives me the privilege to practice two of the things I love the most; Social media and Selling; and, not to brag but I'm very good at them (insert proud emoji)

I'm a creative thinker, a content and social media strategist, a 'whenever you need me' friend and lastly (I'm not too proud of this one..) an introvert. 

My idea of a perfect day is a day with nothing but my laptop and phones, uninterrupted power supply, internet and food. 

I'm a Christian, I live in Lagos, Nigeria. I'm very passionate about personal growth and I hope the future brings me more opportunities to do that.

For the meantime, you'll find me enthusiastically doing my job while working with Willy to create intriguing, valuable and relatable content for you guys.

 Ajibola

Growing up, as an open-minded child, I found myself interested in a few things, art, games, reading etc. which spurred my interest into finance, writing and supporting small businesses. 

I'm a 4th year, finance student with interest in financial freedom and sustainable growth and development. On days when I'm not a finance student, I'm either a photographer, social media manager or supporting small businesses and creators. 

I love God so much and I love family and community, I stay in Ogun, most times indoor with my family.

I'm open to meeting new people and exploring the world more.

Gift

Having grown up in a quiet environment, Gift finds expression in writing. For the past 6 years short literature piece has become her language, she knows how to curb heaving emotions into simple relatable words. Gift knows how to provide a sense of peace and understanding for her readers who feel there's a missing piece in them and seeks to give the divine a name.

Giselle

As a child, I didn't have the apex privileges to embark on my journey in the best of conditions but I've never seen my humble beginnings as a limitation, rather I channel the energy into creating a better version of myself and that dream still remains in progress.

A younger me, always loved fashion; combining dress-colours for events, for myself and even my peers. I also found a blissful solace in singing my hearts out while doing so. 

The succession strategy of the African parent hit me, when I had to go through four years of studying Chemistry education; which I didn't see a future for myself in, albeit "giving up" has never in my books, even in unfamiliar terrains. 

I'm proud to call myself a graduate of Chemistry education and also retain my interest in designing, in whatever form it takes. When I'm not designing products, I'm either hanging out with friends or attending classes.

I'm very much open to networking and by extension, career lifting opportunities.

As a little girl with very few friends, I resorted to reading and writing in mini diaries about life incidences and keeping records of important events in my life.

Fast forward to many years later, I have engaged in reading everything I laid eyes on, both educative and entertaining. I have also indulged in writing articles, reports, poetry…

I’m a lover of God, my family and friends and yeah, you guessed right, I’m an introvert and I prefer staying on my bed and drowning in more books and articles, than meeting people.

I love traveling and I hope to explore the world.
